Counselling & Psychotherapy
I offer a person-centred approach to building self confidence and awareness, identifying unhelpful patterns and conditioning, learning strategies to deal with stress and life challenges, and healing the wounds of trauma and grief.
I have over twenty years experience assisting families and young people through a gentle, understanding and creative approach. My aim is to facilitate a safe and nurturing environment where clients feel comfortable to share and express, either creatively or through traditional talk therapy. Sessions can be online or face-to-face.

Art Classes & Workshops
Our approach to creativity is that it can be nurtured and grow within every individual through the development of technical skills, encouragement and inspiration. Our classes are small, person centred and inclusive, catering to primary school aged children, teenagers and adults. We also run holiday workshops, clay workshops, chill and create sessions, HSC mentoring and private classes.

Our resident ceramicist Sally Davis runs hands-on ceramic workshops for kids and adults, offering a relaxed and creative space to explore the wonderful world of clay. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already love getting your hands dirty, Sally’s workshops are a fun way to learn new skills and create something uniquely your own.

Looking for a fun and creative night out on the Central Coast? Our Chill & Create art sessions are relaxed, social art experiences where you can switch off, get creative and make something you’ll be proud to take home. No art experience is needed, just bring yourself, enjoy the atmosphere and let your creativity flow.
